As the proprietor of Vick Law, P.C., I am dedicated to guiding families through the complexities of elder law and estate planning. This isn’t just my profession; it’s my passion. With a legal education from Liberty University School of Law and a commitment to continuous learning, I strive to provide my clients with the most current, insightful, and personalized legal strategies available.
My involvement in the Elder Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) and my membership with ElderCounsel, allow me to stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field. These affiliations provide me with access to the latest resources and updates, ensuring my clients benefit from innovative solutions tailored to protect their legacies and care for their loved ones. Whether it’s navigating Medicaid planning, protecting assets, or securing veterans’ benefits, I’m committed to serving families with my experience and compassion.
In addition, I am an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), allowing me to assist veterans in preparing, presenting, and prosecuting claims for benefits. This accreditation underscores my dedication to serving those who served our country—a commitment I take to heart.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Freed-Hardeman University, where I graduated magna cum laude and was honored as the Most Outstanding Graduate in English. This foundation has shaped my communication skills, enabling me to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and approachable way, making sure my clients are informed and confident in every decision.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a family man who loves spending time with my loved ones, cheering on the Colts, Pacers, and Hoosiers. I understand the importance of family and legacy, and I carry that understanding into my work, treating each client with the respect and care I’d want for my own family.
At Vick Law, P.C., I bring a blend of experience, empathy, and dedication to every case. If you’re seeking an attorney who understands the nuances of elder law and estate planning and who will work tirelessly to protect your family’s future, I would be honored to serve you.
